How much will it cost to ship my order?
Please choose your method of shipping at the appropriate point during the checkout process. Expedited shipments are available. Once an item is added to the cart, you can estimate your shipping prior to check out.

Provided that the items on your order are in stock, we will begin to process it immediately within 24-48 hours of receipt during business days. Once you've placed an order at swiftwick.com, you will receive an e-mail confirmation saying that we've received and are processing your order. As much of your order as can be filled, will be filled, and ”out-of-stock” items are shipped separately when they become available, plus Best Way shipping fees.
How soon can I expect to receive my order?
Provided the items in your order are in stock, we'll ship your order within 24-48 hours of receipt during business days. Once a package has shipped out, if you are shipping to a domestic U.S. address, it generally takes 3-7 business days for delivery (up to 10 business days in some cases). International shipping generally takes 5-10 business days for delivery (up to 15 business days in some cases). express service and the transit time is determined based on customer selection during the check-out process. A street address is required for express delivery (no PO boxes). Fedex does not deliver on Saturday or Sundays.

We guarantee that Swiftwick socks will be the best socks you've ever worn. If you are not fully satisfied, we invite you to send back your pair of laundered socks and in return request the sock of your choice for equal or lesser value.

Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products, and we inspect and pack all of our orders with care, we think you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. We guarantee that Swiftwick socks will be the best socks you've ever worn. If you are not fully satisfied, we invite you to send back your pair of laundered socks and in return request the sock of your choice for equal or lesser value..
RETURNS POLICY:
Return Policy. Swiftwick International, LLC offers a product performance guarantee which may be modified at any time and otherwise the company has a strict NO RETURN policy for any product that has been used or worn (except as provided in our “Guarantee”). You may return an un-open/un-worn item for another like item within 15 days of purchase. Except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect, THERE ARE NO RETURNS FOR CUSTOM ITEMS.

Any defective, incorrect or damaged item may be returned within 15 days of receipt. We will gladly ship a replacement product.
Custom items may NOT be returned for replacement or refund, unless the imprint or item is defective.
Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to a significant restocking fee, at our discretion.
How long will it take to get an order replaced?
If you return an item to swiftwick.com, please allow 1-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. If you are expecting a return shipment, please allow 2-4 weeks for the new package to arrive. If you need further assistance with a return, please e-mail us through our contact page.
