If you’re looking a quick, healthy, filling breakfast fusion, look no further than this blueberry banana oatmeal smoothie! This smoothie only has five ingredients, takes five minutes to make, and will help you hit your five-minute mile (ok, we can’t guarantee that one).

Serves: 1


  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • ⅓ cup oatmeal


  1. If using an immersion blender, layer your ingredients in a mason jar in this order:  Greek yogurt, banana, blueberries, milk and blend. Once blended, add oatmeal and blend just until combined.
  2. You can also combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
