Soy nuts, pumpkin seeds, and walnuts contain protein and key minerals – Selenium, and Zinc for immune health, along with heart healthy fats. Dried blueberries and cherries supply anthocyanidins, which may help rid the body of exercise soreness.

 

Ingredients

            1 cup dried blueberries

            1 cup chopped dried cherries

            1 cup roasted soy nuts

            1 cup walnut pieces

            2/3 cup pumpkin seeds

 

Directions

Toss ingredients together in a bowl, and then divide into plastic bags. I recommend a 1/2 cup serving in baggies for full benefit and satisfaction.
