Swiftwick Plank Challenge


Swiftwick team member Amy was motivated by an article she saw on Runner’s World titled “I Took Plank Breaks at Work Every Day for a Month and This Is What Happened.”   The article broke down how taking one minute and thirty seconds from your work day twice daily can have some pretty impressive results….and not necessarily physical. This spurred the idea to grab a couple co-workers and give it a try.

What started as a couple co-workers soon transformed into the whole office at our headquarters and taught us how to up our #beSwift game!
