50s runners

Running is a lifelong sport. Yes, your body changes as you age, but plenty of runners in their 50s find that they can continue to run strong, especially at the longer distances.

Running in your 50s does require some adjustments, but if you’re willing to be flexible, your body will be willing to work with you and work hard!
