We are committed to providing our customers with an exceptional experience and The Best Socks You Will Ever Wear, guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied with a Swiftwick product for any reason, reach out to us and we will take care of you.

At Swiftwick, our customers are people, just like us, with different needs and experiences. Our approach to customer service begins with understanding your unique situation and how we can help you as an individual. We guarantee our socks are the best you will ever wear. There is no time limit on our guarantee.

We offer free returns and exchanges. If you require an exchange or return please do not ship any product back unless asked to do so by a Swiftwick representative. To begin processing a return or exchange please complete our Best Sock Guarantee form or call us at 615-370-8611 (option 1). Please allow one business day for someone from our team to get back in touch.

All refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original form of payment. Refunds are processed within 3 business days but the credit may take additional time to post to your account depending on the policies of your credit card company.

LIMITATIONS:

• Refunds without a valid receipt or order number, or purchases that are over 6 months old, may be issued in the form of an electronic gift card valid at swiftwick.com.
• The Best Sock Guarantee only applies to the original purchaser, and does not apply to products purchased through flea markets, thrift stores, garage sales, auctions and other secondary markets whether online or at a physical address.
• Refunds on Gift Card purchases are only available to the original purchaser and not the recipient. No refund is available on Gift Cards if any of the value has been redeemed. Refunds for Gift Cards are only available within 6 months of purchase date.
• Excludes items lost or damaged due to fire, flood or natural disaster.
• We are unable to process international returns, refunds, or exchanges that were not purchased on swiftwick.com.

On rare occasions, we reserve the right to refuse service based on the nature of prior transactions.
