We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days. Backlogs can occur during the holiday season or around major product launches. To ensure the best service, please be sure to provide complete, accurate information throughout the checkout process. Shipping within the US

Free Shipping

If your order meets or exceeds the amount advertised on the website, you qualify for free shipping to addresses in the US via the United States Postal Service. Orders are shipped via either First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight. Free shipping is not available for international orders. The free shipping threshold may exclude certain products. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery, allowing additional time for shipments to HI, AK and APO/FPO addresses.

Standard Shipping

Orders shipping to a US address that do not qualify for free shipping may be shipped via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail (service dependent on package weight) for a flat rate of $7. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery, allowing additional time for shipments to HI, AK and APO/FPO addresses.

Premium Shipping

We offer two premium domestic shipping options: FedEx Ground and FedEx 2-Day.  During checkout, the price for one or both services will be presented as options. These prices are based on real-time estimates obtained from the carrier during the checkout process. Transit times are up to 5 business days based on the day the order ships.  FedEx Ground Transit maps are available here. Please allow 2 business days after the order is placed for shipment. Orders placed after 3pm ET are considered placed the following business day.

International Shipping

We ship to many locations worldwide via USPS Priority Mail International or FedEx International Economy. We do not ship consumer orders to freight forwarders under any circumstance. During checkout, the price for one or both services will be presented as options. These prices are based on real-time estimates obtained from the carrier during the checkout process. Estimated transit times are available from the respective carrier websites.

Any applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are due at the time of delivery. All international shipments are subject to delays due to customs processing or detailed inspections.

General Shipping Notes

Shipping confirmation emails with tracking numbers are sent each evening for all orders shipped that day. Emails are sent to the email address provided during checkout.

All shipments originate from US zip/postal code 37090. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday and is closed on most major US holidays. Additionally, each carrier observes certain holidays on which they do not process shipments.  These holidays are managed by the individual carriers and are subject to change without notice. Finally, inclement weather may create delivery delays beyond our control.
