Firm

Maximum support, providing muscle stabilization to lessen fatigue and enable better performance during extended activity. Best contoured fit with the foot to eliminate sock movement against the skin that could lead to blisters.
Shop Now

Relaxed

The minimum compression required to create Swiftwick Contoured Compression® Fit, following every curve of the foot without binding. Relaxed compression also keeps sock fibers near the skin, enabling Fiber FirstTM Moisture Wicking to move moisture away from your foot.
Shop Now

Moderate

Compression you can feel, yet not restrictive. Providing Contoured Compression® Fit and Fiber FirstTM Moisture Wicking, greatly diminishing the combination of movement against the skin and moisture that could lead to blisters.

Graduated

Ideal for post-activity recovery, or long-distance travel. “Graduated” compression lessens in magnitude from the ankle to the top of the sock, thus aiding blood flow back up the calf. Graduated compression is available in Swiftwick’s Travel+ socks.

Sock Material

Natural
Merino Wool

Naturally moisture wicking due to the structure of the wool fibers. Great thermal properties, cooling in the summer and retaining heat in the winter months. Very soft to the touch. Sustainable. In our opinion, it’s awesome stuff. Our personal favorite.

Synthetic
Olefin

Lightweight, tough and abrasion resistant and hydrophobic (pushes moisture away). Sustainable: low energy consumption to produce, less inherent waste during production and highly recyclable.

Synthetic
Nylon

Durable and high tensile strength (meaning it can withstand hits and be pulled in different directions and maintain its structural integrity). Used in Swiftwick socks to increase durability, especially in the heel and toe. Vibrant colors.

Sock Height

ZERO: no show

Sits just below the ankle with minimal extension above your shoe. Our most popular cuff height for running, the Zero is also preferred by many cyclists and golfers.
Shop Now

ONE: ankle

Rising just above your ankle for a touch more support, it also provides extra protection in shoes with a higher back.

TWO: quarter crew

Sitting above the ankle, this cuff provides more coverage and support and bridges the gap perfectly when a low cut is too little, but a taller cuff is too much.
Shop Now

FOUR: quarter crew

The tallest sock with our signature double-cuff construction.  Our most popular cuff height for cycling and trail running, the FOUR is incredibly versatile.
