The Wall Street Journal released positive information today:

Overall bike use has climbed in New York City among nearly all demographics and both genders, according to a report released Tuesday by the city Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

The number of New York City adults who rode a bike at least once a month increased from 12% in 2007 to 16% in 2014, the study found.

New York City has been pushing the evolution of making the city even more bicycling friendly and it appears the fruits of their labor are coming together.
