Free SoulCycle classes headed for Nashville

Nashvillians eager to try SoulCycle — one of the most popular, expensive, innovative workout trends on the coasts — are in luck.

The New York City-based indoor cycling chain teamed up with Target to launch a 10-city national tour to promote wellness via free, pop-up cycling classes. The chain’s signature 45-minute, full body classes use hand weights for core work and are held in candlelight with loud music.

The tour hits Nashville Jan. 29 through Jan. 31. Certified SoulCycle instructors will teach six classes a day between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. at The Bridge Building at 2 Victory Ave #100. Online signup is available at www.target.com/soulcycle.

Music City could be a likely spot for a permanent SoulCycle studio given the company’s decision to introduce the brand to Nashvillians this month
