JOB TITLE:  Operations/Customer Service Representative

SUMMARY: 
At Swiftwick, we are committed to exceeding our customers’ expectations at every opportunity.   Whether performing order entry or addressing order issues, this position is responsible for creating a positive customer experience, both internally and externally, in a variety of ways each day.

 RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

  • Enter dealer orders into system for processing. Communicate any issues with Sales Team and/or Accounts Receivable for resolution in a timely manner
  • Execute Swiftwick’s Customer Service activities for consumers and dealers including our Swiftwick Guarantee, return material authorizations, order status issues and shipment inquiries
  • Work closely with our logistics company to overcome obstacles
  • Monitors sales orders to insure timely fulfillment
  • Setup new dealer accounts in our system
  • Answer the phone in a courteous and professional tone at all times, and direct calls to other employees as appropriate
  • Order and distribute office supplies
  • General data entry and administrative tasks as required
  • The above represents general responsibilities for the position. Other duties, responsibilities and qualifications may be assigned as defined by the Business Manager and executive management team supporting company goals and initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

  • General PC skills, including a working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to work in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks is a must
  • Energetic personality combined with an affinity for detail
  • College degree preferred
