8-year-old boy with cerebral palsy finishes triathlon

Last weekend, Bailey Matthews, an 8-year-old boy from England, sent a message to those who say, “I can’t.” Bailey has cerebral palsy, a condition that affects his motor skills, making walking and other movements extremely difficult. Despite his condition, the Huffington Post reported that Bailey’s self-determination and unwillingness to give up propelled him to complete a children’s triathlon.
