What happens when you take a break from your workouts

Every experienced athlete knows that every now and then, an exercise break is not only craved but required. But being the dedicated athletes we are, taking a break often leaves questions lingering in our brains such as, “Will I lose everything I’ve worked so hard for?” “Should I eat more today? Or less?”
