Cinnamon roll protein smoothie

For a delicious, protein-packed breakfast, you’ve got to try this cinnamon roll smoothie. It actually tastes like Cinnabon! It’s super easy to make and makes for a great pre-run breakfast!

Cook time: 1 minute
Total time: 6 minutes

Serves: 1

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 6 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place ingredients into a blender and pulse until everything is smooth.
  2. Enjoy!

    I\’ve read that ice isn\’t good for blender blades. As such, we\’ve started freezing bananas (great way to preserve them when they get brown) and add them to thicken and sweeten our smoothies.
