1 – 12oz package bittersweet (70%) chocolate baking chips
1 tablespoon butter
15-20 whole grain pretzels
3 peppermint sticks, crushed
In a microwave-safe bowl, slowly melt the chocolate and butter, stopping often to stir until the mixture is smooth. Dip pretzels into the melted mixture; place on a parchment lined tray. Let cool slightly, sprinkle with peppermint and refrigerate to cool completely.
