Cinnamon Hot Cocoa
This hot cocoa mix provides carbohydrates, protein, and cocoa flavonols, which can help improve circulation to muscles, resulting in faster delivery of oxygen and nutrients.
3 cups dry skim milk powder
1 cup high-quality cocoa powder
3/4 cup turbinado sugar
1 cup water (can replace with milk)
Mix the 3 ingredients together in a bowl. Heat water in a saucepan until warm. Take 1/3 dry mix from bowl and place into a mug. Add the heated water to mug and mix well. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
