Runner’s knee is a pain (literally) and can be quite a hindrance in your exercise routine. If you’ve been diagnosed with runner’s knee, you should first check with your doctor and see if physical therapy is right for you.

To help prevent runner’s knee or to speed up the recovery from it, you need to strengthen all of the muscles that overlap and surround the knee. Try these exercises from Runner’s World to help strengthen your knee and get back to running stronger.
