“There are all kinds of gear a runner can add to their arsenal. In my opinion the most important piece of equipment are the shoes, but directly behind that are socks. The right pair of socks can add cushion, support, compression, and keep your feet dry. A bad pair of socks can cut your run short with blisters and leave you limping home.

Swiftwick’s ASPIRE running sock is a great every day sock. They have a seamless toe and come in a variety of heights. I do prefer their lowest profile, the ZERO. The good folks at Swiftwick incorporate strategic weaving a precise locations on the foot to offer arch support and ensure those socks stay in place. The ASPIREs are available in four different sizes, so there should be no problem finding your perfect fit. These socks are very thin and supportive at the same time. During even my longest training runs over 20 miles my feet remain dry with their wicking performance technology.

I appreciate a company with integrity that stands behind their product. Swiftwick offers a guarantee on their socks. If for any reason you feel their socks did not perform to your satisfaction, they will replace them, even with a competitor’s product. That is pretty awesome!

These premium running socks retail for $12.99. I own them in black, white, and pink. You can learn more about Swiftwick and purchase their products at their website HERE. I purchase my Swiftwick socks at Vertical Runner. Click HERE for locations.”
